The association was formed by small group of Aparriano Americans. Its purpose is to provide humanitarian assistance to communities around the world, especially those in the municipality of Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines. Assistance is in the form of free medical supplies and services, clothing, food, financial aid and others. This is subject to the availability of funds generated from the association’s various fundraising activities.
