Outgoing Aparri International, Inc. President, Mr. Jose B. Tan, delivered his short and brief turn-over speech which in turn was accepted by the Incoming President, Mr. Tarrie Co.

Initial Planning: Subject - May, 2011

Mr. Gin Cababa, past president & member of the Board will be going to the Philippines and will make representations for the Aparri International, Inc. on the following:

1. Contact persons in Manila who will be our coordinators for the affair in Manila, tentative date will be April 29, 2011.
2. Have an audience with the newly elected mayor to set a date for the Aparrianos Balikbayan Night in May 2011, possibly  May 2 or 3, 2011.

Cesar Reyes and Jose B. Tan will take charge of the Committee on canvassing Aparrianos who want or plan to go to the Philippines for the affair; also canvass  from travel agencies for the cheapest fare.

Other Topics

Oath taking of the new officers will be on May 30, 2010 in conjunction with the International CVI "Walay" Alumni affair.

Electronic copy of the by-laws will be sent by Gin Cababa to Tarrie Co.

Letter reminders will be sent to all members regarding membership dues/fees.

Next meeting will be on April 3, 2010 to be held at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Loreto "Boysie" Bermejo, at 12:00 noon. It will be a "Potlock", so please bring your favorite dish.
