As usual, it's a potluck lunch so please bring your favorite meal. It will start with lunch and the meeting will start at 1:30pm.
Agenda will include:
1. President's report
2. Board's votation as to the time for the July 12, 2013 activity at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino.
3. Ads, tickets, donations solicited. Members and especially officers are urged to pay for their ads and tickets now. We're running out of time esp. in compiling the ads.
4. Treasurer's report
5. Status of the various Committee Chairmen of the Grand Reunion - who are not proactive and productive.
6. Kabayan's suggestion of sending balikbayan boxes to Aparri; goods to be distributed hopefully by May 2013. Jason to bring boxes to the meeting and Kabayan to pay for the freight of the boxes.
7. Mango Tours and how members can avail of discounted air fares especially in going to Las Vegas in July for the Grand Reunion.
8. Boysie Bermejo to take care of registering/changing the name of our organization to Aparri International, Inc. so we can change/add signatories at the bank.
Your attendance to this upcoming meeting is important, but if for any reason you can not attend and have any comments, issues or concerns, please contact any one of the Board of Directors and we’ll bring it for discussion to the meeting.
